This boxing routine has proven like marmite with many of our members, they either love it or hate it :)
In this 30 minute body project boxing routine, with no equipment required (although small dumb bells are great) experience what it feels like to take part in a boxing cardio training session.
This is Daniels favourite type of exercise and he gets pretty excited and over enthusiastic at times :)
